Good friend of mine getting married. I’m one of the sisters! (aka Sabo team)

Was told not to have low class sabo techniques as the groom has invited some VIPs from the gahmen I think.

Heh Heh…

This is the 2nd time I’m part of the Sabo team. Still not much experience but I guess the typical activities like tasting the 4 different dishes, waxing of guys leg hairs (part of forefit), sing song …

Thank you to Ridz.sg & Ivan Chew. I get to know of the exclusive closed door preview for Choa Chu Kang Lot One Community Library before their official opening.

Recently there was quite extensive media reporting on the two newly renovated libraries. One @ Yishun, the other @ Choa Chu Kang. I was naturally excited with the opening of the latter one, afterall I’m part of CCK for the last 15 years and I have been quite a frequent user of it.

It was my so called first time attending such preview, not knowing what to expect, just guessing that the attendees are perhaps well known bloggers in the community. (And you know what, there are a few names whom I have heard about)

Other than a bigger floor area, the whole theme of the library is that of nature theme which portrays a more colorful environment. There are also more tables and chairs available in the library (most likely chupped by students to do their mugging during exam periods)

Overall, I was very happy with the new environment, vibrant theme and 40% new books! (Currently reading “The Magic of Thinking BIG!”)

Here’s one of the privileges of attending the preview: We get to do things which are not allowable during normal times-photography.

Thanks Puay Ling, the library for showing us around. It was great knowing some new friends there!

Went to see him yesterday but he was having too many patients, I couldn’t wait as I have a class in Orchard. So I visited him again this morning. Waited almost 45 minutes for my turn.

Went for Shape Run 2 Sundays ago. Everything was fine when I did my run which I completed within 80 minutes I believe. The next Monday, my right feet starts to hurt a little and I was busy with an event that I couldn’t find time to see the Dr until today.

He claims to be a 60+ man when he is like looking really young with his head of black hair, dressed in his typical white cotton shirt and jeans. He likes to talk while doing his job. His topic of the day was oon our gah-men. (Content is confidential, tsktsk…)

This experience was different from the rest, as usually my knee was the part which needs some healing but this time, it was my ankle. He performed the classical twist and I went “OUCH”! The crack sound was really loud and certainly painful

I received my first amazon parcel yesterday! It was a gift for my “bear” for his effort in assisting me in my project.

I was caught by surprise with the delivery of the book as I was only expecting it to arrive end of Nov but it came 2 weeks earlier!

I’m someone who loves to receive parcels! lol though I don’t get many… seems like parcels are out of fashion eh?

Somewhat, the receiving of parcels excites me as usually I am unaware of the content! Suspension, curosity …

Back to my amazon book, it was delivered nicely in great packaging. Impressed by the state of condition for something that has travelled half the globe. Long Live Amazon! Long Live Technology.

It has really brought many many convenience to humans, we have growth so fast, so fast…

We need to show a lil’ more care towards our environment though, Brad & Jolie have bought a piece of land to showcase about the environment. I do my part by conserving as much energy as possible.
