Wad’s up?

READING

Recently, I have been reading one book after another. All non-fiction. I enjoy reading them leisurely. Here are the books:

  • Delivering Happiness by Tony Hsieh (my review here)
  • Rework by 37signals.com (thanks to Daniel for lending me the copy)
  • The Art of Non-Conformity by Chris Guillebeau
  • The Luxury of Less ebook by Karol Gajda
  • Current book: Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin

RUNNING

I’ve running on average 10 – 15km per week, without the pressure of time, gadgets. It’s just running and listening.  I have stopped this week due to the haze. Going for Nike Run tomorrow! Excited, first ‘paid’ run for the year then in Dec, my virgin 21km. Really nervous and excited at the same time.

That’s all I’m busy with. Certainly, ending and preparing for 2011 academic year. Another fruitful year ahead.

So, wad’s up for you? Leave me a comment.

Nokia E71 Camera Was Disappointing Until I Found ….

Nokia E71 Camera Was Disappointing Until I Found …. you must press ‘T’ on the keypad to focus on near object.
I was previously using Nokia 5610, XpressMusic Player. It has awesome camera which coincidentally has the same number of pixels as my E71. My 5610 produces great image, but not E71.
I was about to send it for servicing when one of my IT inclined student told me a ‘trick’ I need to press on Button T to focus on near objects before I press the shoot button. Thanks Caleb!
My student saves me a trip to Nokia service centre which I have planned to send my E71 for servicing.
And that the minor issue is resolved, I’m happy!
Do you have similar problem as me and how do you solve it? I would love to hear from you. Leave me a comment below.
Cheers!
