Why is being organized good?

Recently, I was very involved in a project management. I was the marketing, the advertising, the adminstrative, the logistics manager, the financial controller. You name what, I do what.

I realize that it is a gift given by the universal to me. I came out with the online & offline implementation of the marketing strategies, the marketing materials required, the budgeting aspect, the logistics aspect, the stage set up … …

All these required me to be really systematic. Organized. I got to have check-list. SOP. It’s so useful. I did not like to have checklist in the past as I feel so constrained by the things which I must follow but after this time, I get to see checklist from another point of view.

I learnt lots from this project management. It is very meaningful as it is my business! Yes my business!

PS: I learnt the importance of building good relationship with people of different levels. Extremely important.
